Spray engine degreaser on it and wipe it up with paper towels. That's worked for me.

Coke should be sold as a industrial cleaner, not a drink. It works great to clean just about anything.

Mineral spirits & kitty litter. Brush it in. Spirits loosen, kitty litter absorbs it.

The toilet bowl cleaner "The Works" is awesome for removing blood and rust stains from concrete. Never tried it on oil though.
