I don’t have a voicemail box and I also accept a lot of unknown numbers for lawn services. Just figured this was a new lead, nope it was the government prying for information go figure..

Sounds more like a scammer pretending to be Govt.

Tell them it's a HIPAA violation to give a stranger any health related information and they could be fined or imprisoned, say thanks and hang up.
