Update: I chopped 3 butts, 2 chickens and 1/2 brisket for Brunswick Stew this weekend. It did a hell of a job (hell of a work out - right arm gained 1" of muscle). I whacked the pork bones for the heck of it...never slowed it down. The only concern I had was the damage to my chopping block, LOL. Working on the design of a chefs knife with similar intimidation factor!
