Big backyard project

I've been thinking about making one out of tires. I would like to terrace part of my back yard. It would 2 walls about 4 ft tall and 80 ft long. Tires are free and l could bring the equipment from work. There have been some good pics of them on line

The problem with that is they have the authority to make you put it back how it was if they don't like it.

After seeing those pics of all that work.

Looks great though.

Gotta imagine it would be a real bear trying to keep vines and things from growing all over the rock baskets.
Maybe a cool ivy or winter creeper might take over, cover the baskets and keep bad stuff from growing all over it.
