Ok guys I will help you out from your burdensome Mark series Rugers. If you can't get it back together it is obviously broken. So I will give you $75 for them.

I had an issue with my 336. Coming apart wasn't hard but going back together sucked. Took every bit of half an hour to go back together. Nylon 66 is a real pain too.

My first one back in the 1970s I almost took it back to gun shop to reassemble. But after 3 days got it together.

I literally threw mine in the trash I was so ****ing pissed.

The wife took it to her father and he fixed it and brought it back to me laughing...I guess years ago he did the exact same thing! lol

my vote is for the ruger standard .22 mark series

Are we talking Field Stripping?
Really! The Mark series is easy.

How about a Marlin 22 autoloader 100% stripped down.
That one takes a diagram, a video and a few shots of something strong

OK, for all of those busting on the Rugers....

Biggest PITA to field strip: The Buckmark.

How many other pistols require tools to 'field strip'? Seriously, I know the 22/45 can be a PITA to the uninitiated, but at least you can do it without tools. And once you learn the 'trick' it's not hard at all, no tools required.

And yes, I have both a 22/45 and a Buckmark. After a range trip the 22/45 will get a field strip cleaning, the Buckmark will get a wipe down.
