OK, for all of those busting on the Rugers....

Biggest PITA to field strip: The Buckmark.

How many other pistols require tools to 'field strip'? Seriously, I know the 22/45 can be a PITA to the uninitiated, but at least you can do it without tools. And once you learn the 'trick' it's not hard at all, no tools required.

And yes, I have both a 22/45 and a Buckmark. After a range trip the 22/45 will get a field strip cleaning, the Buckmark will get a wipe down.

Truth. I prefer shooting the Buckmark. I prefer takedown/reassembly of the Rugers.

Ever try putting a recoil spring back in vz-52 rifle. Maybe there is a secret trick but I dont know it.

I literally threw mine in the trash I was so ****ing pissed.

The wife took it to her father and he fixed it and brought it back to me laughing...I guess years ago he did the exact same thing! lol

I just never clean mine. keeping it simple stupids.

Any damn semi where ya have to put the takedown pin back in at a downward angle and Then push it in straight (that is, When everything is lined up Exactly like the engineer inagined)...freakin' PITA- Every Single Time...stupid.
