So I ordered 1,000 rounds of cci quiet ammo and the box arrived in decent shape but the real surprise was once I opened it. One brick was MIA and a 50 round box was missing from the one brick I did get yielding me with 450 of the 1,000 I purchased. I give them a call and get put on hold for ~30 before I get to talk to someone (the was very polite) about my situation. And surprise surprise they're out of stock on the cci quiets, so she tells me she can refund me for one brick and 10% of the other for the missing 50 rounds and half my shipping back. All of that equaled up to $40.53 which she offered me store credit or to put it back on my card. I opted for the store credit as I felt a company that was thus willing to make a customer happy needed further business but it still sucks that I'm out 550 rounds!
