Well fifteen minutes ago I decided to see how the other half lives and I ordered the 'Whistle Pig Boss Hog VIII' ($500.00)
They just called me back and Sud jested I try 'River boat' it was more suited for me and my kind of taste!
I said OK, what will it cost me...... he saaiidd - 19.99 and approved on your card.

River Boat... Is that the one that tastes like black pepper got spilled into the mash ?

As for the Whistle Pig Boss Hog VIII, I understand it is a straight Rye Whiskey that this then aged in rum casks.

If the ultimate goal is Rum flavored Rye Whiskey, wouldn't it be more cost effective to buy a bottle of Whistle Pig 6 year for $45 and mix in a 50 ml of XO rum ?
