Blood Pressure Cuff Recommendations

Any at walgreens/cvs will do. They're not cheap.

Pay close attention to the sodium and added sugar content of the food you're eating. Best to stay under 5% sodium. Less sugar the better.

Also, drink lots of water. Only water! No soda, alcohol, tea, gatorade, drink additives, etc.

Just curious why not your wrist? Amazon is full of Smart watches that monitor and log your BP and they are surprisingly accurate. I suffer from hypertension, and can monitor the highs without even thinking about it.

I’ve got a brand called ReliOn made by Omron. Been working great for years.
Whichever you get, be sure to take it with you to doc’s office next trip to make sure it reads same as theirs.
I wonder about theirs, though. Had 2 different doc appts on successive days, one was 180/80, the next day was my regular (medication assisted) 120ish over low 60’s.

OMRON, is what I have,
That's the one I have. When I went to the gastro Dr that's the one they used in the office. I figured if it was good enough for them it was good enough for me so I bought one.
If it's prescribed there's a good chance your insurance will cover it.
