It isn't too expensive to get the checkering as long as the quality is good, which I assume it is after reading all the good feedback.

I like this pattern. It's a French name and I can't pronounce it, but it looks nice. I believe it would look great with the forest camo. $55 to have the fore arm and grip checkered..

I want to get one of these for my FV-SR as well. Did you get the Tacticool?

I put the tacticool stock on mine. You have to order the metal hardware and trigger guard for it

It looks and shoots great.
