Brass value question

Sort of depends on brass manufacture, you stated " .308 Match Brass" New match can start at $1.00/round , so once fired good stuff could be much higher than range pickup at $0.05/round.

Brand/headstamp makes a big difference. Lapua brass is pretty high. Federal match not as much, the pockets get loose after a couple of loadings.

I have a pretty full foot locker of brass. It is both .308 Lake City match headstamp and I have .30-06 LC headstamp. If anyone can give me an idea on value I would appreciate it.

New Starline match brass is about $400/1k. It’s a bit harder to find 308 LC match brass right now but probably somewhere in the $250-350/1k

Maybe someone else knows closer but Starline is always my benchmark when looking at once fired brass. Their brass is very good, maybe not Lapua good but also not $1+ per piece either.

Would .30-06 and .308 run about the same cost?
