Nah. Bullpen has let them down the last few days. They'll get it right. They are also playing the best team in baseball right now.

This is not a championship level baseball team but it doesn't mean we can't enjoy the ride.

Since the 6-1 start, the pitching has been trash. If that doesn't come around my 90+ win prediction won't be even close. They are scoring more runs than last year but it's hard to win when you are giving the other team a 5 spot every game.

Kimbrel trade didn't hurt anyway. He blew enough save opportunities last year that there were a number of guys who could have taken his spot and you wouldn't notice a difference. For instance, Grilli is 6 for 6 in saves. He is doing just fine. It's the rest of the bullpen and most of the starters pitching like complete s@#& that is killing this team. 17 walks in 3 games against the Mets. And they are averaging 4.6 walks per 9. Walks will kill you.

The bullpen needs help though. I saw less walks in my sons little league game. Geesh
