I might do that tonight. We're out of bacon and sausage right now so it looks like fried bologna and fried eggs. And I'll take a bowl of cheese grits any time of day.
Hell I think Christmas dinner here is gonna have to be shrimp and grits.

I make my cheese grits with chicken broth, half & half, and havarti cheese.
Favorite breakfast for supper is over-medium eggs on corned beef hash on toast.

Breakfast again last night. Scrambled eggs, Johnsonville maple and brown sugar links, cheese grits. Tried shredded parmesan in the grits, came out a little bland.

Scrambled light with cheese is the way to go. And nothing beats Steak and eggs anytime. Had that with fries for lunch yesterday.
