BRINGING THE OLD BACK TO LIFE

Hmmm… So does this mean that your Sig Legion P220 Carry is possibly up for sale or trade?:pop2:

I could really part with almost anything if the price was right. I don't think anyone would offer what I would want for the marlin "vintage" and I have almost depleted what I am willing to easily part with. The right offer might sway me but, not sure what it would be.

I love my old Marlin 60. It's one of the most natural feeling guns I have ever shouldered.

Good job!

I left for the Corps and my brother sold it while I was gone.
Ouch. Payback can be hell. How much did you get for his car?

Marlin 60 was my first 22, not an uncommon occurrence.
Eventually curiosity as to what was underneath the walnut
stain got to me so I sanded it off to discover laminated stock.
Then I added a rubber recoil pad for more LOP. Found a metal
trigger group. Then decided Tech Sights might be nice.

I got it to replace the one I use to have. One like it was my very first rifle I got for 10th birthday. I can remember that whole day. We lived in Asland Ohio then and drove down to Wooster and purchased it at an Ace Hardware. Paid 69 bucks for it back then.
