Broke off a bolt today. (Fixed)

I have had good luck after pb blaster and heating with reverse drill bits. I turn the air down on an in line regulator until the bit boggs down and creates a torquing on the bit while drilling.

What's it on? I broke a blessed valve on a caliper once. Spent 60 bucks on bits new bleeders and ease outs. After hours of work with no luck found out 2 new calipers were only 40 bucks total. I was pissed.
That was two weekends ago I did that too.
I just got new rear calipers straightaway. Different vehicle.

This one is the front brake caliper bolt.
The caliper isn't the floating type and it bolts directly to the hub assembly.

I'm guessing that since the head broke off the bolt isn't tight. If you've got enough material on the head end - use a grinder to cut a groove or a cross in the end in the end and turn it out with a screw driver or cordless driver.

Keep hitting it with a true penetrating oil for a few days. Regular Wd40 ain’t the best for that. Let the oil work for a few days before you get on it.

I know this bolt would be out with the proper application of heat.
One ACE and one parts store didn't have any torch heads.

So I have this setting up.
Maybe it will spin out. I used a straight file to score it. Packed it so-so with jb weld metal*.
