Browning BAR III 30-06?

I have a friend who wants me to sell his Browning. I know very little about hunting rifles and I have not seen the condition of this one. I believe he inherited it.
I know it's kind of hard to say without seeing the condition and all the particulars. But is there a market for this gun and at what price or range would be typical?
I am trying to get some more information. Any help would be appreciated

He's got about 300 rounds. He is thinking it's in the 725 range. I don't think the scope is much

Where was the rifle made?

Edit to add: Is the ammo included? I just look through Gun Broker to try to value things ballpark.

that is a regular BAR so 500 or slightly more for the rifle. Add a few $$ for scope and rings. Add for the ammo assuming it is included.
What is the condition of the bluing, especially near the muzzle end? Does it have a smooth muzzle?
You could be up to a $700 sale price.
It's not Safari grade, probably not BOSS, and .30-06 is sometimey around here.
