Brunswick Stew from Sunday. Recipe provided by a felllow ODT member a couple years ago. I’ve tried many recipes and ordered at restaurants my entire life, have yet to find one better. Whoever came up with this recipe went to the crossroads in Mississippi.

Yeah I'm properly drooling now. And I'd bet Dean Winchester would give a couple souls for a good bowl or two.

No taters in Brunswick stew.......EVER! 3 kinds of meat, tomatoes, corn (white tender shoepeg) and onions. Very thick too. No chunks of anything. Chunks and/or potatoes are blasphemous to the original Brunswick stew makers.
