Bug in supporter renewal.

I paid my supporter fee on 2/6/22 well ahead of my renewal date. I even got receipts proving this. Today 2/11/22 was my expiration date and I got 3 notices that my account had expired. Now my supporter badge is no longer on my profile avatar.

I didn’t choose anything. All I did was renew what I already had. The fee was $15 which I paid. I’m confused now. What did I actually get for the $15?

When we upgraded the site last year the prices increased, that's probably why it seemed like the same subscription. Max listings was $10 and is $15 now and Supporter was $15 then, now $25.
