I have been by shooters world a couple of times but at least the times I was there they weren't carrying any bullets. they did have some primers and powder but no bullets (or not many).

haven't found anywhere in GA that has any decent prices on any bulk bullets. I've been looking for 9mm, 40S&W and 223 stuff and no deals are even inventory of bulk bullets that I've seen. HiCaliber did have some Berry's that were decently priced, and Bass Pro Shops has 100 packs in most of the major brands of hunting bullets. I don't mind paying a bit over internet prices, but don't really want to pay 30-40% more. Best place i've seen so far as far as quantity and prices was in chattanooga at Sportsmans Warehouse. Guess I just need to pony up and make a call to Zero/Rose...

I concur with SpeedyR that there are no well stocked/decently priced local bulk bullet retailers. I just ordered 3K bullets, Zero/Roze: .40 165 gn. TMJ $116.06/1K, .45 .230 FMJ $117.75/1K with free shipping to my door. I tried precision delta for the first time since Zero/Roze was out of stock for 9mm. Delta charged me $77 total for 1K of 9mm 124 gn. FMJ and the bullets look good to go. If you figure fuel cost and any entrance fees to purchasing local, it just is cheaper to order it online and have it shipped to your door.

If you are not familiar with Zero jacketed bullets here is a link. I have used their 9mm, .38/.357, .40 and .45 bullets for a couple of years now. http://www.rozedist.com/mm5/merchant...egory_Code=ZJB

Also GuNut recomends http://www.precisiondelta.com/index.php (now gotta go watch "a fistful of dollars" and get my testosterone levels elevated).

For lead cast I have used these folks: http://www.missouribullet.com/ They offer individual discounts for LEO/Military active and former.

TJConevera.com prepaid freight on bullet orders over $50-just about everything. They sell Berrys, X-treme, Speer and some others as well as some brass. They also sell most of their bullets in 500 pc lots as well as 1000 pc.

I ordered directly from Berry's and got free shipping. Grafs has some decent deals to. I wish we had better reloading supplies available from stores around here. I prefer to support local stores when possible.
