Pros and cons of a bullpup setup vs traditional AR. I have a SBR which is nice for CQC playtime and a few ARs. But I'm thinking of adding a bullpup, tho I have never shot one.

Are they worth their cost?

All I can tell you is try one out. Someone else can't really answer this for you, it's something you need to try and see if it fits.

The AUG I had was cool, recoil is very linear...a straight back push. But the trigger is nothing like an AR. Manual of arms is a completely different bird. Simpler yes, but when you're used to an AR, you're used to an AR.

One other thing, I had a hard time running a scope on my AUG...very short rail gave me a little bit of a fit when trying to set the eye relief. Wasn't a huge deal, but it did force me to change my cheek weld from where I naturally wanted it.

I will add, they look badass as all hell and they're very cool. If it's going to be something more than a range toy, then you'll have to train with it just like any other weapon.
