Burris Xtreme Tactical Signature Rings. Has anyone used them?

I'm looking to get maximum elevation adjustment out of a couple of scopes, which means bottoming out the adjustment at reasonably close range (200 yards). These rings have the ability to add elevation in increments of 5 MOA all the way up to 40 MOA in addition to anything the base gives you. GREAT IDEA! If they're not crap.

Does anyone have experience with them?

Before anyone starts talking about just a higher MOA base, I may need to add as much as 140 MOA of adjustment to my 200 yard zero to do what I want. If I can set up a scope with 100 MOA of internal adjustment to be bottomed out at 200 yards I can add another 30 MOA with a MOAR reticle, then go to a lower magnification (second focal plane scope) to get the last 10 MOA of hold over.

I've used them and really like them. Solid mounting and they've never slipped. No scope marring either. They can be a little fiddly to initially set up, but once locked down, they are solid.
