We used Expensify but it got pricey. Im going to check this out.

I setup an email address with gmail ie mymileage@gmail.com. I just email the mileage every time I get into my car as well as where I am. At the end of the month I just log into that account and there sits my detailed mileage log.

I used the calendar function in Outlook to log my mileage everyday.

I use a $3 vehicle mileage book from staples or Office Depot for one truck. The other truck is newer & is depreciation & expenses.

I bought those books for years, get lazy and forget to write it down. Looking for something automatic.
