If a person sets up such a trap to protect his/her property, he/she will be liable for any injury or death even to an unwanted intruder such as a burglar. It is illegal to set a booby trap on one's own property to prevent intruders.

A better idea is a couple pinhole cameras and motion detectors set to transmit video when activated.

Shepherds , Dobermans and Rottweilers don’t count as a trap. After the dogs are done with the intruder patch him up and add cruelty to animals to all of the other charges. It’s a win win win!

That's really good news. I wonder if he was able to sell any of the stolen guns? If so them dudes better keep looking behind their backs.

News just reported he had a safe with 200 rounds of ammunition!
Also showed a copy of police report stating he was caring a .25acp Raven. Stole all those guns but still couldn't hide class.
