Almost 4 hours in. Internal is 117. I think I'll wrap it at 150-160.

It only dipped 20 degrees and was back up to temp within 2 minutes. The next time I open it it will be to wrap.

Wrapped it at 162 internal. Perfect bark. Got to get it to 202ish.
