We go to Gatlinburg in January every year. We always rent from timber tops (http://www.yourcabin.com/) They have awesome places and if you book before dec 15th they are running a 3 nights for the $$ of 2 special.

Check them out.

We got married at a Timber Tops cabin and Id use them again if we ever go that route again.

Edit: If you open that locked door you'll find a copy of the Quran and some real nice towels for drying your balls off after getting out of the hot tub.

Forest Hills its between Dawsonville & Dahlonega, great cabins Jacuzzi's, fireplaces, King Beds, and cabin price includes Dinner & Breakfast in couples dining room, good food. Secured an d perfect for a Viagra party.
