so a BB from my BB gun directly over the heart should end the threat. Maybe the eye but thats a pretty hard target for most people

Not sure that would penetrate, which was one of the stipulations...

It might draw blood. So then if shot placement being equal, penetration would be the primary factor.

Based off that knowledge, what rounds will penetrate the best and in what order? Id say the order he listed them is pretty much spot on for penetration.
