I have been to San Francisco 5x to visit my brother. He had a carry licenses for that crazy state.

AR-15,bumpstock,100rd drum,hp with tracer every 4th rd,thermal scope,extra drums,bayonet should be enough.

My solution is to channel your native American side...Or your native whatever...Once you are there find a nice rock or two, and chisel those suckers into some nice little spear heads to carry. You could always make up some kumbaya BS if anyone cramps your style.
