I mentioned this before as far as my theory on why California is off the wall thinking much like Europe is getting to be....

Nuclear fallout. After WWII and the bombs dropped, the fallout migrated over to CA, infected everything in slow almost undetectable trace amounts. The offspring are effected also, as in the case from the 60's, and thus their offspring.

Same thing we are seeing now in Europe due to the widespread fallout of Chernobyl. The fallout blanketed Europe, and their far left thinking is getting close to CA/left coast mentality.
