I just signed up for this one day CSS training. At 51, I figure it's now or never to gain some confidence on the track. I used to (15 yrs ago) race in WERA & do track days on a Ninja 250, but I never got any formal instruction beyond the novice group at a track day. I'm not going all-in and renting their BMW S1000, I'll still be on a little Ninja - 400cc this time. Any of y'all taken this school? Any pointers?

Make sure your life insurance is paid up?

All joking aside - good luck and enjoy the class. Love the Barber track but haven't ridden it since I was much younger. That track showed me I needed a steering stabilizer on my '99 R1.

Hope you have good weather!

Funny thing, my wife has been much more encouraging since I reminded her my $1million life insurance policy is valid for 7 more years.

I didn't get a lot of info from my racing school, it seems they just wanted to make sure I wouldn't be a danger to those around me.
