Bgolden, that hand is looking good from what it was ! I hope it's doing as well also.
On the thread note; I've been a smoker for a LONG time, too long. I want to get a good vape system that will give me the max on nicotine to start with. I've been trying to decipher which one to get from all this...anybody point me into a decent start up kit and explain the basics without all the b.s. ?? I've been on Marlboro lights for ever, I don't think I'm into the flavored fufu crap. Where can I get this and what's it going to cost, what should I start with? I can spend up to $100 but don't think I need anywhere that from what I've seen. The web stores are just confusing as hell to me. Thanks....

Thanks brother. Go over and see the guys at vaperite in Woodstock. There off of 92 just east of 575. I would recommend the Vamo and clearomizer tanks. As far as flavor goes they have a vape bar so you can see what you like.

Much obliged, I figured that was what I would do.....go to one of the local stores and let the gurus set me up. At least get the start up kit anyway. Just wanted some opinion . Thanks again. :thumb:

Any of the shops you go to will be more than happy to explain everything to you. I agree with Bgolden; try to at least start off with a variable voltage and a clearomizer tank. When I first got started, I wasted a lot of money on small fixed voltage battery units and cartos.

Once you find the kind of flavor you like, I would suggest checking out Mount Baker Vapor on-line, those guys have some awesome prices!

Stay away from the cheapo kits like the Joy ego or any of the smaller units. Small battery = low vape time and more fussing with batteries etc.
I was a two pack a day man for over thirty years. Vamo V3 smoke tech tank with 1.5ohm two hole cartos. VR4 has been my favorite flavor of juice.
I don't do flavors Cake, fruit, rum, etc. I have tried a few but for me it is not a novelty it is a substitute for smoking. I keep 4 batteries charged so I am never without. Shoot me a pm when you are ready and I will help walk you through it. I live in Acworth, know all the folks at Vaperite and can help you avoid spending more $$ than you need to get setup, avoid all the experimentation with stuff that won't cut it in the long run.

Anybody got opinions on the Awesome Vapor kits? They are showing a start up for 69$ I think? With the eGo batteries - 650mha I think? It looks like a manual ecig with refillable cartridges . Or should I go different?
