1/2 cup salt
1/4 cup black pepper
1/4 cup granulated garlic
1/4 cup tony chachere's creole seasoning
wet steak with 1/2 cup of soy sauce and 1/2 cup worchestire sauce apply dry seasoning cook to medium rare .
 
I had a friend that was a cook in college and this is what he taught me and I use it everytime.

Mix up 1/3 white pepper and 2/3 garlic salt in a shaker and cover that baby.
I like mine rare so just a couple of minutes on both sides and add a large dab of butter right before you pull it off the grill.
