My helper got a super speeder about a month ago in a construction zone. He just got a fine of $1,100 yesterday with 1 year to pay it off with an added $40 per month that he doesn't have the fine completed. Adairsville is making out like a bandit.

They may want to see if the payment plan comes with probation
Way back when, I got some laying drag tickets, turns out the wonderful advice I was given did not pan out well in court. The fines were 400.00 higher than I was told, I came to court prepared, so I thought, I told them the fine amount I was quoted originally was all I had in cash, they said okay, pay the rest off in payments. I was like sure, then after agreeing with that, I learned about the probation part. Things may be different in this situation, mine was in the early 90's.
