I'm on a roll this morning.

Some old sellers, but appears to be a lot of new sellers, have a rather strident "tone of voice" to their ads.

By this I mean a long list of what they will or will not do, and what I must do or not do to exchange my hard earned money for their item.

Not that I am not addressing the overall silliness of some of their demands as much as the manner in which they are presented.

Do you pass on ads just because of the way the ad is presented (again not the terms so much)?

Absolutely. Especially when I am told what the lowest price they have seen my item for sale, and what the highest price, in pristine new condition theirs is worth.

I avoid people like this and steer away from them if they want to buy, sell, or trade.

yup anytime anyone acts like they are doing me a favor by buying my item or selling me theirs.
Seriously, what is that all about? I do not need your "offer" in order to meet my financial obligations. I don't sail stuff to pay bills. You aren't "heppin' me out" by buying my gun.
