Can anyone crown my barrel tomorrow?

Form 1 was approved today, but I couldn’t get any shops to chop my barrel until Saturday, so I just did it myself.

Hack saw, a washer against the gas block, and a drill bit stop around the barrel (to keep the cut perpendicular to the barrel. Then with the washer flat to the gas block, and the barrel flush with the washer, 180 grit, 1500 grit, and finally 3000 grit sanding and polishing of both barrel and washer.

Re-blued the raw areas with a Casey-birch kit. Now I want to crown it with an 11° piloted bit
5.45mm converts to .215 inches, so I figure I need a .205 to a .215 pilot.

Anyone able to crown this thing tomorrow?

A rabbi can crown your barrel. They are cheap too--they work for tips.

When I clicked on this thread, I thought ‘’crown my barrel’’ might be a euphemism.
Curious to see who responded.

They ship to your house, you use it for a day, you ship it back.
