Can anyone help me identify this bayonet?

It clicks into place and has a slight amount of play in it. Won’t slide any further in either direction. Press the button and it’ll slide back off

Oh nice! I happen to have somewhat of an AK (PSA model) and the bayonet does click into place, however there’s not enough room to thread on a muzzle device.

I’m guessing maybe because it’s not an authentic AK?

Needs a slant brake. Never put a bayo on the threads.
They fit, unless you are doing it wrong.
Bring to ODT10, I will show you how.

Leave it on? You shouldn't have to remove the brake to put the bayonet on

There should be no play. Bayo is useless if it is not rigid.
Is the muzzle ring bent?
BTW yours is gen1 AKM bayo, rightmost in my pic above. Bring it by on the 9th, and I could tell you what country it is.
More than likely Romanian, but you could be lucky and have a Soviet bayo.
