Just picked up a rifle last week. The build was done with pretty good parts and the trigger feels better than milspec. These are the markings on the hammer. Po does not know what it is. Anyone able to id this thing?

Double Star hammers have the same stamping on them. I’ve seen same hammers in colt and stag arms. Schneider contracting makes them and sales to a lot of companies.

It appears to be a standard trigger, but there are always little variances from one trigger to the next.

It’s always possible that someone did some cleaning up/stoning on the engagement surfaces, and/or used a different spring set.

It looks to be a standard semi auto trigger. It is not really milspec since there are no military specs for a semi auto trigger. It might have had some polishing done somewhere along the lines.
