How long does it take to get your stamp as well as cost. What are some of the best cans ?? And will I be able,to use this can on my CBA 223 ??

How long does it take, way too long is best answer. My guess would be 10-12 months filing now. Cost is always $200 for stamp, suppressors vary a lot in cost, but pay once, cry once.
Best can is very host dependent. Do you want direct thread, QD, or something else? Also, weight, sound reduction, and price start coming into play. My Dobbs ARC30 is quieter than my Harvester 7.62; but it weighs twice as much. There are a lot of choices out there for 30 cal.
You can use a 30 cal can on 223 (they work great as they have more volume). Just need to get the correct adaptor set up. Its like using a 45cal can on a 9mm, they work great; but are larger.
