I don’t know about D Wilson but I’ve had good luck with a DeWalt drill and some patience , really the quality of the P&W has the most to do with the removal. Really nasty home builder welds where you can’t determine the center or various filler metals can be tedious. It’s more what you or your wallet are capable of doing. But all and all it’s achievable

If you do it yourself purchase a center drill bit first. This will greatly increase your chances of a clean starting point.
