Can Someone Help Me ID This Revolver?

Proper caliber is 7.5mm. A few companies used to make it commercially. Fiocchi still might. It's a very nice revolver. Some people will fire .32 S&W in theirs but keep in mind that these were black powder revolvers, so a high charged .32 S&W might kill it.

Any .32 S&W loaded to SAAMI specs should be fine as there are still a bunch of top breaks floating around that people purchase ammo for.
