Can we ban new accounts that ask "still available"?

Hear me out and don't just shove me to the pasture.

"Still available" is a bot thing.

A simple "is this still available" is way different.

Put it in the rules and ban all these fake ass accounts.

Some innocents may be caught up, but make it part of the rules to be read. Anybody saying "still available" is saying it because they are repeating what they've seen countless times posted by bots but don't know any better.

Get rid of this **** guys. Wouldn't this be possible?
