What do the bots gain by doing this?

The person behind the bot doesn't have to do the work. They can get a notification if they get sent a PM responding to the bot then go from there. At least that's how it works most other places. I honestly don't know for sure that's the case here but It just seems too likely.

I think Mods should enforce " I'll take it" posted in thread in almost all the other gun forums I'm in if you post "I'll take it" and don't follow through it's a Neg.. On here it's just Oh well . I understand trying to grow the site by adding new members but we need to update some of the archaic rules...
