Can we ban new accounts that ask "still available"?

It depends on whether or not the OP (ad poster) actually said to respond in PMs or not. I agree a seller needs to mark his items IF there is a verified/agreed meet time,j price and place, however...

Sellers should enter an SPM, etc. if there is an agreed upon time, place and price set and confirmed.
