Can we get an auction function on the ODT like Ebay?

To access the auction function:

1. List item at well below reasonable asking price.
2. Wait for "I'll take it" and PM responses to begin.
3. Look for responses from ODTers who are not experienced.
4. Begin to PM multiple responders with cagey responses about "other offers" or "pending deals" and see if they offer more than asking price (especially in "money today" which is always more valuable than "money tomorrow").
5. WARNING - avoid setting a date/time/place until you have your highest bidder.
6. Arrange sale.
7. Make sale.

This looks eerily familiar to a primer I posted a few weeks ago. I agree 100%. We already have an auction format on ODT, you just need to understand how to participate.

Because the interweb needs yet ANOTHER one?
Well, it'd be great if we had an ODT specific auction format. I love (for example) the anti-neckbeard function on ebay's website. I can AUTOMATICALLY refuse any bids less than a certain user sailor set dollar amount. I call it the "no lowballer function", LOL.

We could keep the legacy ODT auction format of

Colt Python NIB for Sale!
Item is For Sale: $750 OBO (or your bestest offer by PM cause I know it's worth twice what I listed it at)

LOL!
