Can you please define "high capacity"

Well, to leftist socialist democrats, standard capacity is one, single shot, just like when the Second Amendment was written.

High capacity began when American terrorist, Samuel Colt, invented the six shot revolver and it has been downhill ever since. Why do you need to shoot something more than one time???

I think one of the Washington duly elected public servants said that an AR 15 could fires thousands of rounds per minute so I would guess that any device that could hold say 5000 rounds would qualify as high capacity. I'll check with Diane Feinstein to be sure but that's my answer.
Well AR-15's are obviously more deadly than hunting rifles, you know. So that makes sense.

Most countries put their crazy folks in asylums, here in the US we put em in Congress…

High Capacity: (Håy Kapësiti) any firearm that has more than 1 round of storage, or is not from the bolt action derived family of firearms.
For Example: " Robert has an unregistered Slingshot in his pocket, with small 5 rocks. Robert has a high capacity weapon."
