Can you recommend a book on canning/preserving for a beginner?

Here is a link to the Blue Book, my wife still consults hers occasionally. Rarely do we can vegetables but meat and meals a bit more often. Last week we canned about 80 pounds of chicken. Wings and thighs got frozen, breasts were chunked into pieces and canned, legs got canned bone in. The carcasses were dropped into a large pot till the meat boiled off the bones and this was turned into broth. All of this will sit in the pantry until we need a quick meal.
