Can you watch sports re-runs?

Since it's apparently going to be a while before we see any live competition, the question is, can you? Do you? I know people that do and did before the current cluster.

Can't say that I ever really have. The other evening I was bored channel surfing and caught myself stopping on a replay of last season's LSU Auburn football game. I wound up watching it to the end. Now this was an accelerated broadcast with no dead time between plays, no halftime etc. so it went relatively quickly. It was close, but fortunately the good guys won, again.

Until live action is back I suppose I could do it again if I was really bored but in general, do you watch re-runs?

I re-watched the 2019 Masters over Easter Sunday, it was fun to see Tiger's historic win.

In general, I don't watch re-run sporting events. However, I must admit to watching UGA/GT football games over the last few years. But that is different, I hate GT!lol

only time i watch sports reruns is in the run up to a new season. so yea about august ill watch old Georgia games, and around christmas ill watch Atlanta United playoff games.

I’m a huge Boxing fan. Tons of old fights available through DAZN and ESPN+. I love them.

Watched Ali vs Frazier trilogy and Haggler vs Hearns last Sat. Fantastic!

Don’t see myself watching any sports re-run. Rather watch something more exciting and suspenseful like grass growing or paint drying.
