Can your troubleshoot AR bolt catch?

I've been in the store in Greenville and overheard some customer calls handled by staff. It's about all I can do to keep from laughing out loud.

I don't get it. PSA generally has some decent parts, but it seems that most of the people working there are two french fries short of a Happy Meal. If they fixed their customer support end, they would have no real competition.

So by chance have you confirmed that the buffer tube does not have something in the bottom stuck in there which effects the compression of the spring etc.

Never had an issue with PSA stuff. Had several kits from them, they all worked fine.

This problem described here, I did see a similar problem with a brand new Ruger AR556, and it too was due to an out of spec charging handle...
