Can't log on from another device.

Love the ODT. Been here since the start and visit every day. Always been able to log on from the PC at home and the I-phone when away.

Just recently tried to log on from a new I-pad. Got a "user cannot be found error".
Changed password several times on both Pad and Phone but still could't log on.
Went back to PC and logged on.
Changed password to same one used on the PC from both Phone and Pad.
Now, I can't log on from Phone or Pad. "user cannot be found error" message.
What am I doing wrong?

Are you logging in with your username? Can you try logging with your email address in place of the username and see if it works?
