Can't make a decision!!! Glock 43 or S&W 9 M&P Shield

I have the 43 & 26 and love the them both. But I your case just go get a Hi Point and save money. Lol

To me they both shoot well and are essentially interchangeable, but YMMV.

I get it's all about personal preference. If you have a good holster, it's nothing you would need to worry about. I just hate adding steps to something I might need to use under stress.

By saying your on to something is just agreeing with you. I don't like the extra step. Never have. I good friend of mine has the shield and he loves it. He loves the safety, because he wants to make sure he doesn't have a mishap. That was his argument about Glocks period, no manual safety. I don't need the safety, I am completely comfortable with a glock. Now, I just wanted to know if anyone had them both, or one or the other to see how they liked them. I'm going with the G43 because of so many reasons. Just really wanted to see what others thought about the shield.

But in all honesty...the glock 26 conceals just as well for me whether for pocket or iwb carry and is more shootable than either single stack and has more capacity (from 10-33 rnd mags). I like the 26 over both but if only shield or 43...43. See how close in size the 26 and 43 are below.
