Alcohol is the worst thing to make you sleep. .. you might go to sleep..but it’s gonna make you wake in the middle of the night when your body wants more.
Then You are not drinking enough of it.
My body ain’t “waking up in the middle of the night wanting more”
But
A few times it has woke me up telling me it had too much, and wanting rid of a little of it.
